Posters

There will be two poster sessions held during the conference classified by topics. We kindly ask our authors to be present in these sessions at their posters:

Poster session I.
P-I-001 – P-I-177
Walkaround: Tuesday, 4^th July; 14:00-16:00 (odd numbers), 18:30-20:00 (even numbers)
Poster mounting: 3^rd, July, 14:00-; Removal: 4^th July, 20:15 (right after the poster session!)

Poster session II.
P-II-001 – P-II-170
Walkaround: Wednesday, 5^th July; 14:00-16:00 (odd numbers), 18:30-20:00 (even numbers)
Poster mounting: 5^th, July, 08:00-; Removal: 6^th July, 14:00

Posters left on the boards after the removal deadline will be dismantled and will not be stored by the organisers.

Technical instructions:

Posters should be prepared for standard STANDING (PORTRAIT) A/0 size (84 x 119 cm – 1 sqm).
PLEASE DO NOT PRINT A LANDSCAPE POSTER!

The organisers provide pins to mount your poster to the board at the conference venue and they will be at your disposal if you need help.

Poster printing:

We hereby offer you the possibility to print your poster locally, in case you you do not want to be bothered with putting your poster with you, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Price: 35 EUR
Required format: .pdf file (please take care for sizing, and the quality of images, please add crop marks and bleed)
Order deadline: 28 June 2017

Please note that advanced payment is required. Each poster will be checked and confirmed technically, after this confirmation a proforma will be sent on the service.
