All abstract submissions must be made online before 31 March 2017. The online database will be launched soon.
Lecture types:
- oral presentation (15 min talk)
- technical exhibitor’s presentation (10 min talk)
- poster presentation
The abstract should be in English and not exceed one page (including figures, tables and references) using the abstract template which can be downloaded below. No proofreading will be carried out, and no correction will be possible after the submission. It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that their text does not contain typos or grammatical errors.
Please be aware that not more than two (2) abstracts can be presented by a registered participant. (Either one accepted oral and one poster presentation or two poster presentations.)

Notification of Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee before 7 April 2017. A notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to the presenting authors. Abstracts not selected for an oral presentation may still be accepted as a poster presentation.
All presenting authors of accepted abstracts are expected to register. Abstracts without a registered presenting author will not be scheduled to the program.
Withdrawing Abstracts
If you must withdraw an abstract, please notify the organisers (hoholr@diamond-congress.hu).
